Owner and founder Lacey Salas’ passion and purpose in the beauty industry has always been to empower others to know self-love.  She has an extensive business background in the industry with over 17 years of executive experience working for top beauty brands such as Aveda, Estee Lauder, Cosmedix, and BioSkin Aesthetics.  She has developed and trained numerous individuals to become licensed Estheticians, mentored managers and owners in successful businesses.  She has been fortunate to have been exposed to top beauty practices through her freelance and editorial makeup career. 

She has worked alongside and with top designers, models, hairstylists, and photographers.  She has work that ranges from publications in television, both online/print for magazines, and worked backstage at major shows both in New York Fashion weeks and Aveda Hair shows as both makeup artist and lead.  Being an industry insider and with all of her knowledge and expertise, it allows her to offer you a one-of-a-kind and top-level beauty experience in both skin and makeup.  It is an honor and privilege for her to welcome you as her client.
