Currently, we are asking for clients only to be in the room at appointments. In the event of underage or a chaperon is needed for any reason it is within policy to have more than one client in the room in these cases. Otherwise, someone traveling to appointments is requested to stay in the waiting area or vehicle.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run promotions at key times during the year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

If the package is marked as delivered it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carriers to assist with lost packages. Please notify us of the event so we can also be aware of any lost packages.

Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days and are subject to delays with customs. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
