Late Policy:

We understand unforeseen circumstances occur.  We are able to accommodate typically a ten-minute error window of time and may have to shorten treatment times for this challenge. In the event you are running behind please text or call so that we are aware and can adjust accordingly.  If you are running more than ten minutes behind and we do not have the ability to adjust, it could result in a cancellation and subject to the cancel policy.  Please plan accordingly and try to arrive ten minutes earlier to appointment times to avoid these circumstances.

Return policy for products purchased online:

We want you to feel comfortable trying our products. We offer a full refund or exchange for all item(s) you did not enjoy for any reason on your first-time purchase. The return is eligible for a full refund if the process has begun within 7 days from receiving the product. We may ask that products be shipped back to us. Refunds will not include shipping cost to return the items. We are not responsible for shipping cost if you choose to return the products. To initiate a return, simply email us with your concern & order number through info@oilofpearls.com. We do not replace free gifts or products not listed on the original orders. Promotion or discounted products are final, no returns, exchanges, or credits. Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been processed. 

We take it upon ourselves to ensure your package arrives safely through our packing process. We do understand that items can arrive damaged from the transit process. Please email us as soon as you receive an order that might be damaged. We may ask for photos of the damaged packaging. Please also file a claim with USPS or carrier we have selected as they are responsible for the damages.

 

*Note on free gifts: While we do our best to be generous, free gifts are limited to marketing promotions and defined by monthly marketing plans. Gifts are not open to demand outside set promotion, nor available for exchange or credit.
